How it's calculated

• US ADR (SKHY): 10 ADS = 1 ordinary share. Parity per ADS = 000660 price ÷ USD/KRW ÷ 10. Premium = SKHY ÷ parity − 1.
• Frankfurt GDR (HY9H): 1 GDR = 1 ordinary share. Parity per GDR = 000660 price ÷ EUR/KRW. Premium = HY9H ÷ parity − 1.
• SK Square NAV discount: NAV (simplified) = SK Square's SK hynix stake (146,100,000 shares, per SK hynix IR as of 2026-05-06) × 000660 price. Discount = 1 − SK Square market cap ÷ NAV.
• Look-through SK hynix exposure / SK Square share: how much SK hynix value sits behind one SK Square share — (146,100,000 stake shares ÷ SK Square shares outstanding) × 000660 price. Each SK Square share currently "contains" ≈1.11 SK hynix shares; compare this figure with the SK Square share price to see the discount directly.
